A premium construction website with strong project presentation, understated typography and architectural confidence.
New Wave London builds and refurbishes high-end residential properties across London. Their clients include architects, developers and high-net-worth homeowners. The website needed to communicate the calibre of their work to an audience that would judge digital quality as a proxy for project quality.
At the premium end of construction, the website is often the first formal impression a potential client receives. Generic or template-based sites immediately undercut credibility. New Wave needed a digital presence that matched their level of work: confident, restrained and visually strong.
The portfolio was treated as the primary asset. Project pages were given full editorial treatment, with large high-quality photography, considered layout and concise project context. Service and about sections were kept deliberately restrained, letting the work carry the credibility argument. Typography was understated and precise throughout.
New Wave now has a website that speaks directly to the clients they want to work with. The portfolio communicates quality without needing to explain it, and the enquiry path is positioned appropriately for the level of project they take on.
