These terms explain the conditions for using the Aven website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The Aven website is provided for general information about Aven and its web design and development services. The website is intended to give you an understanding of what Aven does, the work Aven has completed, and how to start a conversation about a project.

The website should not be used in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive.

Aven tries to keep information on the website accurate and up to date. Website content, service descriptions, case studies and any pricing indications may be updated or changed at any time without notice. Aven is not responsible for any decisions made solely on the basis of general website content.

Submitting an enquiry through the contact form or reaching out by email does not create a contract or any commitment on either side. An enquiry is the beginning of a conversation, not an agreement.

A project only begins when the scope, pricing, timeline and full project terms have been agreed separately in writing between Aven and the client.

Any pricing or timeline discussed informally through the website, contact form or early project conversations is indicative only and should not be treated as a firm quote. Confirmed pricing, payment terms and delivery timelines are only valid when agreed in writing as part of a formal project agreement.

The Aven website may include links to third-party websites, social media profiles or external resources. Aven is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any external website. Following a third-party link is at your own discretion.

The design, written content, visual assets and code of the Aven website belong to Aven unless stated otherwise. You should not copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse any part of the website without written permission from Aven.

Project work completed for clients remains subject to separate intellectual property terms agreed as part of the project.

Referral offers shown on the Aven website are for general information only and may be confirmed separately before a project begins.

Where a referral qualifies, the referred client receives 20% off their Aven website project and the person who referred them receives 20% off their own Aven website project or support plan. Full referral details are set out on the referral page and may be confirmed with Aven before a project starts.

Aven is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general website information without a formal project agreement in place, or from misuse of the website. The website is provided as a good-faith reference for businesses considering working with Aven.

Aven makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functioning but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Aven website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Aven may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
